Abstract
With the increasing of global competition, all manufacturing sectors have been forced to not only improve efficiency but also increase productivity gain along its supply chain. An efficient management on manufacturing resources is one key concern to be appropriately utilized and to reach the competitive advantage. In labor-intensive manufacturing environment, workforce plays an important role as a major resource that drives and control the entire system.
