Abstract
The global competition of supply chains, market uncertainty and fluctuations in supply caused by tight economic condition and technological changes set continuously increasing requirements for logistics performance and logistics industry in general. The concept of logistics capability is broadly examined within logistics user companies, such as manufacturers and retailers.
