Abstract

Reverse Logistics has gained more popularity due to its dual benefits. It is an environmental friendly activity that, by the same token, enhances company profitability (Autry et al., 2001). However, in order to achieve those ideal advantages, the firm must have managed the reverse logistics efficiently, starting with a deep understanding on which efficiency degree the company currently stays in terms of reverse logistics.
