Abstract
Performance measurement of logistics service provider (LSP) is an important element in the logistics outsourcing process. Logistics activities are considered to be the activities that do not need to be managed by firms themselves, as they can be outsourced to a professional external party (Ho et al., 2012; Ciravegna et al., 2013).
