Abstract

Nowadays, there are many factors which impact to changing pattern of global logistics and supply chain management. Especially, accelerating to open trade liberalization between nations and disruptive technology. The global chain becomes shorter and more complex. Global trade and business transaction also disclose opportunities and complexity. Countries support and protect their importers and exporters by increasingly using non-tariff barriers.
