Abstract
ASEAN Plus Three (APT) is a cooperation between Southeast Asia and East Asia nations which consists of 13 countries, i.e., Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, China, Indonesia, Japan, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, and Vietnam. Main focus of this forum is to strengthen development of energy, transportation, and information and communication technology.
