Abstract
Supply chain management (SCM) requests the integration and coordination of business processes and strategy alignment throughout the supply chain for the purpose of satisfying the final customers of the supply chain (Green et al., 2008; Green et al., 2012). In a volatile, high-demand market, sustainability and resiliency in an SCM context can lead organizations to achieve competitive advantage (Govindan et al., 2014).
