Abstract
Lately, researchers have been exploring and collaborating with industry practitioners to improving the agility of supply chain. Manufacturers, suppliers, distributors and retailers can contribute significantly to support an efficient distribution of merchandise. Improving distribution agility by responding customers through delivery of goods in full, and on time (DIFOT) is the key to customer satisfaction.
