Abstract

Recent developments in Additive Manufacturing technology have received increasing attention. Several authors have reported the potential of Additive Manufacturing (AM) in transforming the global supply chains (see e.g. Oettmeier and Hofmann, 2016; Fawcett and Waller, 2014; Despeisse et al. 2016).
