Abstract
One of the main challenges in managing supply chains for most manufacturers is the uncertainty in contractual achievement to customers (Per, 2009). A value chain analysis is a method of studying and analyzing how value’s product can be added in activities (Michael, 1985) To ensure that value chain will improve, manufacturers required to work closely with their customers (Jari and Dennis, 2006).
