Abstract
A port is an important part of supply chain that provides transshipment services especially for cargoes movements. There are many activities and stakeholders concerned to the port services such as freight forwarders, shipping lines, terminal operators, and customs. Laem Chabang port (LCP) is a major port in Thailand that is owned and regulated by the Port Authority of Thailand (PAT).
