Abstract
Many authors identified and addressed that there are differences on how theories are functioning in various national culture (Hofstede, 1993; Kristal, Mark, & Sheu, 2008; Schermerhorn, 1994; Abdullah, 1996; Childerhouse et al., 2010). National culture is defined as the collective programming of the mind that distinguishes the members of one group or category of people from others.
