Abstract
There are about 40,000 firms in the forwarding industry globally that have employed 8-10 million staffs (Delen, 2010). The annual revenue of a global forwarder can be as high as $30.5 billion US dollars which has been achieved by the leading forwarder DHL in 2010. Forwarding is a very competitive business, and major international freight forwarders are always looking for their future development opportunity abroad.
