Abstract
One of the most significant archetype transfer of modern business management is that individual businesses no longer compete as solely independent entity, but rather as supply chains (Grean & Shaw, 2002). The higher risk of environmental, the more entrepreneurs rely on social relations to gain competitive advantages (Peng & Yadong Luo, 2000).
